Our planners help you prepare for disaster and manage our response and recovery. Our team manages the homeland security priorities for the San Francisco Bay Area.
DEM is organized into two divisions: Emergency Communications and Emergency Services. San Francisco is also the fiscal agent for the Bay Area Urban Areas Security Initiative.
